2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 147 liters of illicit country-made liquor was recovered from a Tempo, of which, this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2025, having clean antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail petition.

6. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43183 of 2025(3) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge - 2nd, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanhulla P.S. Case No. 54 of 2021.
