JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 The issue with regard to Talimi Markaz with regard to termination order dated 25.1.2018, Annexure-8/1 to the writ petition is no more res integra. This Court has already held out that the order of termination of 82 Talimi Markaz is violative of the principles of natural justice as without any enquiry with notice to the petitioner his services has been terminated. Considering the aforesaid, the present writ petition is allowed. The order contained in Annexure-8/1 dated 25.1.2018 is quashed.
