2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonepur P.S Case No. 1191/2023 offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 342, 364(A) 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against one accused person and petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and allegation of purchasing stolen articles has been made.
4. Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR.
5. Learned counsel further submits that the only material which has come against the petitioner during investigation is that the laptop which was subject to theft of this case, has been purchased by him. This is the extreme allegation which has acknowledged by the rejection order also.

6. Counsel for petitioner submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 25.02.2024.
7. Counsel submits that this is a bonafide mistake done by him as prior to purchase the said laptop, he has not verified that whether this laptop is really belongs to the person with whom he has purchased or not. He further submits that petitioner shall be cautious in future.
8. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
9. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Sessions Judge ,Saran in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 1191/2023 subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
