The petitioner seeks bail in Special (POCSO) Case No. 20 of 2019 arising out of Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 354, 354(A), 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4/12 of POCSO Act.
It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence, the petitioner was attempting to kidnap the daughter of informant at the point of pistol.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.4.2019 having clean antecedent. He further submits that in paragraph-13 of the case diary it is mentioned that there was love affairs between the victim girl and the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions cum Special Judge, Araria, in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 20 of 2019 arising out of Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
