2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 325, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., there is allegation of assault to the informant against these petitioners, Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39548 of 2023(3) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kesariya P.S.
