In view of the judgment of the full Bench in the case of Kalpana Rani Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. Reported in 2014

(2) PLJR 665, the issue of Siksha Mitra is now a closed chapter. So far as claim of the petitioner that respondent No. 8 was appointed on the basis of forged certificate is concerned, the issue of appointment on the basis of forged certificate is opened

Patna High Court CWJC No.11100 of 2019(3) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 for scrutiny at the level of the respondents and if it is found that appointment was procured on the basis of forged certificate, the State authority shall take appropriate decision with regard to appointees on the basis of forged certificate. In the process the respondents shall consider the the judgment of the Division Bench reported in 2019 (1) PLJR 165 and pass appropriate order at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
