2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 481 of 2025 wherein the petitioners were granted bail by this Court in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 194 of 2024 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Sadar, East Champaran, Moihari.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that inadvertently in the aforesaid bail application the father's name of petitioner no. 2 was wrongly typed as "Ramdhari Prasad" in place of "Rajdhari Prasad".

4. In view of such, the aforesaid order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34521 of 2025(2) dt.22-05-2025 2/2 23.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 481 of 2025 is modified to the extent that the name of the father of petitioner No. 2, Manish Kumar be read as "Rajdhari Prasad" in place of "Ramdhari Prasad".

5. No further order needs to be passed. The present modification application stands disposed of.
