====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Heard Sri Md. Helal Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.N. Tiwary, learned A.P.P. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 354(B)/506 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier the informant had taken Rs. 25,000/- from the petitioner and since he was demanding, earlier also she had filed a case against the petitioner and thereafter this present case has been concocted only with a view to implicate the petitioner. It has been further argued that on earlier occasion also this informant had filed similar type of case against other persons. He has also argued

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5663 of 2016 (2) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 that delay has occurred in lodging the F.I.R. On this very ground he makes a prayer for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. Keeping in view the fact that in the F.I.R. there is specific accusation against the petitioner, I do not find it a case to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
