JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.09.2015 on the accusation that he removed iron gate and other articles of the informant and took away the same to his land but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there was land dispute and as a matter of fact petitioner has share in the lands in question but the informant in collusion with full brother of the petitioner lodged the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54043 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class Darbhanga in connection with Lalit Narayan Mahila University P.S.Case No. 121 of 2014.
