Patna High Court CWJC No.9325 of 2024(2) dt.25-07-2024 2/3 "1. That the present writ petition is being filed by way of Public Interest Litigation for issuance of appropriate order/direction to hold a high level inquiry from the level by any independent Central Agency like C.В.I. or Vigilance regarding the misdeeds, illegal act and large scale defalcation and misappropriation of public money committed by the Respondent No.
7 and 8 being Secretary of Governing Body and Principal of Kriti Narayan Degree College, Lakshmipur Sayat, Raghopur, District-Supaul who firstly got affiliation of the College by showing wrong and forged lands which doesn't belong to the College in question and thereafter indulged in misappropriation and grabbing the government/public money which has been granted as aid to the college by the State Government and also indulged in committing illegality and irregularities in appointment of staffs, forming the illegal and fake managing committee/governing body of the college, treating the college in question as a pocket institution of Respondents No.7 and 8; for which several applications have been made by the petitioners before the Respondent authority concerned, but no action is being taken in this matter till date."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
