The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40054 of 2022. Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today,

No.36707 of 2022(5) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.- II, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S.
