JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2019 The present writ petition has been filed at the behest of the Veer Kunwar Singh University, Bhojpur at Ara for issuance of a direction upon the respondents No.3 and 4 to include the petitioner's Education Department in the process of counseling since ERC, NCTE vide its meeting held on 24/25.04.2019 has reviewed the order canceling the affiliation of the Education Department of the petitioner University and has restored the recognition granted to the B.Ed. Couse of the concerned department of the University with intake of 100

Patna High Court CWJC No.10988 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 students (two basic units) to be continued from the academic Session 2019-20.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the respondents no. 3 and 4 should grant opportunity to the concerned department of the petitioner University to participate in the process of counseling as per the schedule fixed. It is directed accordingly. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
