The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected vide order dated 23.7.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27809 of 2015. It is submitted that the petitioner has deposited Rs.12,23,000/- on 22.4.2015. It appears that the petitioner, being the Assistant Manager of the Bank, got a forged savings Bank account opened in the name of Rajesh Kumar and also got A.T.M. card issued and withdrew total amount of Rs.12,23,000/-. Petitioner, being the employee of the Bank,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5336 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 committed forgery, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The same is rejected in connection with Azam Nagar P.S. Case No.64 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
