Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, informant and learned counsel for the State.

By the present application, the petitioner seeks to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 07.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33671 of 2018. Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner and taking into consideration the facts that the petitioner is the main assailant, who had inflicted repeated blows on the deceased leading to his death and that no fresh ground is made out for his release, the present application for bail is once again rejected.
