By way of present modification application, petitioner seeks extension of time earlier granted vide order dated 9.11.2015, in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 16244 of 2015, for surrender in the Court below in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 261 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner due to some unforeseen circumstances could not surrender before the Court below within the time fixed by this Court and thus prayed for extension of time.
In view of the facts stated in the application, let the petitioner surrender within a period of four weeks from today. The modification application, thus, stands disposed of. (Anjana Mishra, J) sunil/- U T
