2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., co-accused Kalyan Yadav is alleged to have fired on the informant causing him fire arms injury and co-accused Lali Yadav and Nanhe Yadav caused gun shot injury to the deceased. No specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
