Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Anil Kumar, AC to SC-8 and Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel representing the Bank.

After passing of the order by the learned co-ordinate Bench on 05.12.2018 it appears that the Bank has refunded the excess amount and the same has been credited in the account of the petitioner.

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the Bank has

Patna High Court CWJC No.9575 of 2018(4) dt.01-06-2020 2/2 made a categorical statement that a sum of Rs. 14,12,223/- has been refunded to the petitioner on 18.02.2019. Learned counsel further submits that since there has been some confusion with respect to the date of death of the husband of the petitioner, the Bank has yet not deducted the deductible amount under the punishment order dated 07.09.2015. The Bank has sought clarification from the concerned respondent and as soon as the same would be available to the Bank, the deductions as per the modified order shall be given effect.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statements made on behalf of the Bank, now the petitioner's grievance stands redressed.

This Court, therefore, disposes of this writ application in view of the statement made on behalf of the Bank and the stand of learned counsel for the petitioner saying that on such refund of the amount the petitioner has now no grievance .
