1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned APP for the State is present.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S Case no.99 of 2025 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. As per the prosecution case, 40 litres of country liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, who was on a motorcycle.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession who has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedents. He is in custody since 20.2.2025 and undertakes to cooperate in the investigation/trial.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35430 of 2025(2) dt.11-06-2025 2/2 for the State.

6. Having heard learned APP for the State and having perused the materials on record, taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR together with the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 3 months since 20.2.2025 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S Case no.99 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court no.-I, East Champaran at Motihari.
