JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 After some arguments, Mr. Jitendra Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the learned court below which had granted bail to the opposite parties, for cancellation of his bail.

Should such an application be filed within a period of four weeks from today, the court below shall look into the subsequent developments which have taken place after anticipatory bail was granted to the opposite parties and after hearing the parties shall pass an order in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
