JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the Collector-cum- District Magistrate, Patna to hear and decide the Encroachment Appeal No.2 of 2019, preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 12.03.2019 passed in Encroachment Case No. 15 of 2018-19 by the Circle Officer, Bihta, Patna.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.10971 of 2019(3) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 petition with a direction to the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Patna to finally dispose of the Encroachment Appeal No.2 of 2019 within a period of six weeks from today, till when the order of status quo, as has already been granted, shall be maintained.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
