Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Respondent No. 5 i.e. Block Development Officer, Darbhanga Sadar by over-riding the power and jurisdiction of the petitioner as a public representative implemented the developmental projects in the Block ignoring the authority of the petitioner as "Block Pramukh". Learned counsel submits that petitioner has submitted various representations before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga (Annexure -1 Series to the writ petition)

Patna High Court CWJC No.347 of 2021(2) dt.16-07-2021 2/2 complaining against the functioning of the Respondent No. 5 i.e. Block Development Officer, Darbhanga Sadar which are still pending.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to pursue his representation before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
