JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Vaishali Sadar P.S. Case No. 652 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 328, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, it is alleged that three identified persons have fled away taking amount after making the informant unconscious. It is necessary that the persons from whom the police has a doubt, will have to be arrested and put up for Identification Parade. In the circumstances, therefore, I do not find a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
