The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party no. 2 vide order dated 27.01.2025 passed in Complaint Case No. 2060 of 2023 registered under Sections 323/ 379/ 498(A)/ 504/ 506/ 34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3/ 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to make out a case for cancellation of bail.

4. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

5. The learned Principal District Judge, Araria is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37265 of 2026(15) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 directed to dispose of the Matrimonial Case which is pending in the court below within three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties. In the event of non-cooperation by any party, the learned Magistrate shall be at liberty to proceed ex parte in accordance with law and he shall file a compliance report in this Court after three months.
