ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment dated 24.9.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Jehanabad in Criminal Appeal No.21 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 21.7.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Jehanabad, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in Rampur Chauram P.S. case No.10 of 2015 (G.R. No.484 of 2015 E.R. No.40(J) of 2015.

The Petitioner seeks release in Rampur Chauram P.S. case No.10 of 2015 (G.R. No.484 of 2015 E.R. No.40(J) of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 376, 323, 337 and 504/34 of the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.919 of 2015 dt.10-12-2015 2/2 Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Juvenile Justice Board, Jehanabad.

In view of the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the petitioner since there is every chance of him mingling with anti social elements.

The application stands rejected.

The Juvenile Justice Board is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party. For which reason, he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Jehanabad, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
