Mr.Pramod Kumar Pandey ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 27/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that daughter of informant was married with this petitioner two years back. After marriage she was tortured in her Sasural for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is alleged that informant had given motorcycle to the petitioner two to three months prior to the occurrence but accused persons used to assault her daughter. It is alleged that on 15.03.2018 informant received information that her daughter has been done to death in her Sasural. Thereafter informant and other family members reached the

Informant learnt from the neighbours that her daughter has been done to death in night and her dead body has been thrown on the railway track. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that trial has proceeded and all the witnesses including informant has been examined. I.O. is only to be examined.

This Court finds that trial is at final stage. In view of such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order and send compliance report.
