2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of informant with butt of pistol. Doctor has found simple injury.

4. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail petition and submits that petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is accused in altogether seven cases.

5. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
