One wrist watch and one old mobile phone was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the seized materials are not looted property of the present case and so far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner was made accused in almost all the cases only on suspicion.
