JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and admittedly, petitioner and deceased had solemnized their love marriage but subsequently, the sister-in-law of the deceased disclosed about the illicit relation of the petitioner with another woman which caused annoyance to the deceased and thereafter, deceased is said to have committed suicide.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Balrampur
