2. The present writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:

"(i). For the issuance of an appropriate writ to trace out the husband of the petitioner namely Raj Narayan Singh who has been traceless and has been kidnapped by his family members.

(ii). For the issuance of an appropriate writ to save the petitioner from domestic violence and secure her rights under the domestic violence Act."
