In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 417/2015 registered for offences under sections 414 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Police on information that some persons are standing along with stolen motor cycle for sale of the same, constituted a team and made a raid there the petitioner was caught with the stolen motor cycle and other accused persons fled away from there. The petitioner is in jail since 9/9/2015.

In such view of the matter, at present this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after nine months of jail-custody.
