The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Desari (Chandpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.250 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 326, 379, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to have protested sale of Ganja and because of the same, he has been made accused in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
