Except criminal antecedent and confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 10.3.2015 and having more or less similar allegation one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Kochadhaman P.S. Case no. 57/2014. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
