The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhubani P.S. Case no. 103 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 31.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27243 of 2021.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
