JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 379, 504, 34 of IPC. Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and other persons and also trying to outrage the modesty of the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35422 of 2019(3) dt.09-08-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that several persons including the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.. Nothing specific has been attributed against them. Further submission is that there is a land dispute between the parties, which will appear from the F.I.R. itself. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria, in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 , subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
