The grievance of the petitioner is confined to the consideration of his representation, filed in pursuant to the order passed in CWJC No. 1122 of 2023, for appointment on the post of Amin, by treating him as retrenched Amin; and also in view of the fact that identically situated persons, who were retrenched Amin, having similar qualification, have been later on appointed by the order bearing Memo No. 158 dated 01.04.2025.

3. Mr. Ravindra Nath Dubey, learned Advocate for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9923 of 2025(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/3 petitioner fairly submitted that earlier for redressal of identical grievance, the petitioner has approached this Court in CWJC No. 1122 of 2023, which came to be dismissed vide order dated 19.07.2023 on the instruction of the petitioner that he would be approaching the appropriate authority by filing a detailed representation. In the aforesaid premise, a detailed representation came to be filed before the Director, Directorate of Land Records and Survey, Government of Bihar, Patna; however, the same has not been considered till date; hence, the present writ petition.

It is the specific contention of the petitioner that initially the candidature of the petitioner came to be rejected on the ground of his certificate being found to be forged and fabricated, but later on, two of the conditions mentioned in the impugned order regarding recovery of remuneration and lodging of the FIR against the candidate came to be deleted. It is the specific contention of the petitioner that his certificates are genuine, nonetheless his case been considered in true perspective. Other identically situated persons, whose certificates were also initially found forged; later on their claims were considered and on being found their certificates genuine, they have been reinstated.

5. Learned Advocate for the State refuted the aforesaid contention and submissions has been made that the petitioner failed to give the name of any specific person, with whom he is seeking parity.

Considering the submissions set forth by the learned Advocate for the parties, this Court, for the ends of justice, deems it proper to dispose off the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation with specific particulars of the name of the person, with whom the petitioner is seeking parity.

7. In case such a representation is filed preferably within a period of four weeks, from today, the Director, Directorate of Land Records and Survey, Government of Bihar, Patna shall consider the case of the petitioner and dispose off the same, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

8. The writ petition stands disposed off with the liberty aforesaid.
