In the present case, petitioner is challenging the order of transfer.

Learned counsel for the State submits that State

Patna High Court CWJC No.677 of 2017 (2) dt.05-09-2017 Appellate Tribunal is functioning.

In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the State Appellate Tribunal. If the appeal is filed within four weeks from today the State Appellate Tribunal will decide the case in accordance with law. While disposing of the limitation matter the authority will take into account the pendency of the present case before this Court. With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
