The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Complaitn Case No.969 of 2002 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 379, 380, 436, 452 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is that they came armed with deadly weapon and some other accused persons looted away the paddy and wheat from the house of the complainant and against these accused persons allegation is that they along with the others set the house on fire causing damage.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34045 of 2019(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have been falsely implicated in this case and as they have no knowledge about the same, they could not appear. They are in custody for more than two months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No.969 of 2002 with condition that one of the bailors must be close relative and further condition that he has to co-operate in disposal of the trial and he will appear as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
