By deceitful means prosecution party has been deprived of Rs.3,00,800/- From the written report itself it is evident that aforesaid amount was obtained by the accused persons in order to provide service. The aforesaid amount was taken through A/c Account No.34440493659, 31251942398, 32354035397 (of petitioner) and 31541490088.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he has himself fallen victim of deception. It has also been submitted that petitioner happens to be under custody since 12.05.2015. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer.

Learned respective counsels fairly submitted that Rs.70,000/- has been deposited in the account of petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31895 of 2015 (4) dt.15-10-2015 That being so, after deposit of Rs.70,000/- petitioner will be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri K.D. Rajajee, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ssamastipur in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No.57 of 2015. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) PN/- U T
