The petitioner apprehending her arrest in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 187 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 147, 149, 345, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only allegation against the petitioner is that she was armed with lathi in the occurrence and order giver. Besides this there is no specific accusation.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is a lady as

No.5667 of 2016 (2) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 well as the nature of accusation, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner Mala Devi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 /- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar / court concerned in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 187 of 2015 subject to the conditions as contemplated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
