The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 106/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419/420/467/468/469/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the present petitioner is wholly unfounded and nothing has been recovered from his possession. It is further submitted that the press in question belongs to one Anil Kumar and not this petitioner and, therefore, he may be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.33746 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda, in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 106/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
