JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 24-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 376 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction of informant's daughter for the purpose of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The statement of victim recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C, in which she stated that she has left his house with her own sweet

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court Below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions JudgeVI cum Special Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S Case No. 457 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) N.K/- U T
