2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 50 litres country made liquor and one motorcycle were recovered near High School boundary. Allegation against this petitioner is that he managed to flee away from the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only because petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature. Further submission is that petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor or with the seized motorcycle. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. 2, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Tilauthu P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
