This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act with regard to the recovery of 32 and 24 liters of illicit liquor. The petitioners are in jail since 22.09.2015. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 522 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. (Gopal Prasad, J) SA/- U √ T √
