In the instant application filed under Articles 226 and

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.519 of 2014 dt.04-02-2015 2 / 2 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 405 of 2013 dated 06.11.2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 188 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a cognizable offence.
