Petitioners are accused in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that similarly situated co-accused person namely Shaukat Ali has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 31373 of 2019 on 10.05.2019. Petitioners are in custody since 18.12.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35152 of 2019(3) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018.
