2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that on 13.09.2022 at 1:50 P.M , while the informant was returning home, this petitioner along with two other unknown persons stopped the informant and on point of pistol took Rs. 1200/- from his pocket and also demanded Rs. 40,000/- as extortion money.
4. It is submitted that both the parties reside at the same village and due to political rivalry petitioner has falsely

Lastly, it is submitted that all the sections are bailable in nature except 384 which is ornamental and added to make the case grave.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. case no 1037 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
