2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bhabhua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, on a secret information, the informant reached the house of the petitioner. Seeing the police party, the petitioner tried to flee away but was apprehended. Later on, a red coloured stolen motorcycle was recovered from his house.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and the house wherefrom the stolen motorcycle was recovered, was in joint

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39137 of 2024(3) dt.08-07-2024 2/2 possession of the petitioner. He is a student of B.Sc. Part-III and he is under custody since 27.03.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances specially the clean antecedent of petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabhua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) After accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bond shall be cancelled. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
