====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Digvijay Kumar Ojha, for the petitioner.

By the impugned order dated 13.03.3014, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar has only directed the petitioner to pay Rs.2000/- per month maintenance in Matrimonial case No.30 of 2012. It appears that the petitioner filed divorce case against the wife on the ground that she is living adulterous life with another person. The only ground raised before this Court is that she is being maintained by the person with whom she is living adulterous life. The Court below observed that this is the main issue to be decided in the suit itself. Admittedly, the petitioner is a driver. In my opinion, therefore, the learned Court below has rightly directed the petitioner to pay Rs.2000/- per month.

Accordingly, this writ application has got no merit and thus it is dismissed.
