The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 499 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 353, 283 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 22618 of 2019 on 11.04.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35667 of 2019(3) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Barh, Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 499 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
