The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and R/w 25 (1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned APP for the State has submitted that there has criminal antecedent. There has five criminal cases which is mentioned in para 59 of the case diary. Petitioner did not disclosed about these cases.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018 from the Court of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36767 of 2019(3) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-Vth, Siwan. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
